COVID: We are ready for the return to work

With office space schedule to re-open in August, we have done the necessary work to get ourselves ready.

Having continued to provide space for key workers during the lockdown period the centre we have been developing our social distancing practices and maintaining a safe working environment for a number of weeks now.

Final preparations are being made for the return of our reception staff which will enable the resumption of all business support services from 3rd August.

One way systems are in place with sanitising stations, revised cleaning regimes in place and extensive guidance prepared to ensure that we provide a safe working environment for all of our customers.

We are also developing our own systems to help with Track & Trace using the latest cloud based IN/OUT and visitor monitoring technology to further enhance the safety of our site.

Pioneer House is getting a new look

We are very excited to announce that Pioneer House is to benefit from a facelift!

A brand new enlarged reception with the latest in finishes, furniture and equipment will give visitors and users of the building a real feel for what our business centre is about.

Working in partnership with Amspec’s design team, we have developed a fantastic scheme for the reception, common parts and toilet facilities that will provide all users of the building with a modern and professional working environment.   

The central core of the building is going to be furnished with new finishes to the stairs, metalwork, landings and toilets. The latest in AV equipment is to be installed in the reception along with contemporary furniture.

Works are to commence in mid April allowing the new reception area to be opened in mid to late May and we will keep you posted with progress as the transformation takes place!

Refurbishment works on the way!

With a large customer reaching the end of their project and no longer needing office space we have been provided us with an opportunity to re-build our office space.

In the next couple of weeks we are commencing an extensive refurbishment programme that will provide us with a full range of office suites available to let. We are delighted to announce that we have added a new site to our portfolio having purchased the former Evans Easy Space business centre to the West of Chester just off the Sealand Road.
