Pioneer House provides office space to rent off Junction 7 of the M53 to the North of Ellesmere Port and Cheshire Oaks. The site has a range of office suites of varying sizes (1 to 100 people) available to let. All offices are individually air conditioned/heated, provided on a fully managed/serviced basis but on terms that can be tailor made to suit your exact needs.
