Radio City “Mission Christmas” – Pioneer House is a registered Drop Off Point

With one in three young people classed as living in poverty in the local area, we here at Pioneer House are wanting to help them over Christmas.  We have therefore registered Pioneer House Business Centre as an official drop off point for Radio City’s Mission Christmas for the third year running.

radiocityRadio City’s “Mission Christmas” is a campaign asking people to buy an extra present in the lead up to Christmas and to drop it off at Pioneer House (or one of the other registered drop off points).

Radio City will then collect all of the donated presents and give them to a disadvantaged local child to make their Christmas morning special.

The campaign is looking for new and unwrapped gifts suitable for children and young people aged 0-18 years. There are drop off points across the region, including us here at Pioneer House.

For further information on the campaign, please CLICK HERE and the link will take you to Radio City’s website.  There are also details on the website for making donations for buying teddy bears, games and bicycles.

Last year’s campaign meant that 26 000 local children woke up to a present who without Mission Christmas would have gone without anything.  This year we are aiming to help even more children and that’s why we need your help!

Pioneer Business Centres are grateful for all gifts received and we will keep you updated over the next 4 weeks with what we are able to collect and donate!
